I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Scott. I never in my life imagined I would have a dog that behaves as well as Yami does. We started training her when she was 10 months old, due to our busy schedules we FaceTimed with him once a week. He never even met her in person but the training we got was life changing.

We started training with Scott and Florida's Finest K9 obedience training back in October with our chihuahua mix puppy, we have since completed obedience 1 and obedience 2. Following Scott's program we have been thrilled with how obedient she now is, and is all positive reinforcement! His “train the trainer” approach has given me all the tools to successfully train my puppy and feel confident implementing the exercises myself. Scott was also available throughout the week between training sessions to give me feedback and help troubleshoot if I was having problems with my homework.

Before reaching out to Florida's Finest my dog did not listen to simple commands like Come, definitely was not a off leash dog, and she was aggressive, not a good family dog for my kids. Now after training with Scott I can confidently say my dog listens and knows commands Come, Sit, Down, Heel and more. She no longer has aggressive behavior and has turned into a wonderful family dog that can be off leash and have picnics with my kids and is no longer a bully or aggressive around food. Before we started with Scott, we had sent Olivia to an away training camp. Wished we had known about Scott before that debacle. She came back skittish and didn't listen to us. Scott has turned all that around. It is so different when you are training your own dog. Yes, he will hold you accountable if you do not do your homework. We have all benefitted from his training. Scott is not only an awesome trainer, he is a genuinely nice guy that actually cares that you all learn.

I highly recommend Florida's Finest K9. Scott is a great trainer. He wants you and your pups to succeed. He explains all the steps so that you have a clear understanding on how the training works. The training 100% works, but you do have to put in the time and dedication! I felt the time spent training also helped create a wonderful bond between me and my dog. Now our Great Dane puppy a little over a year, 130 pounds, Rigger is the best behaved dog on the block.

Scott isn't just a great trainer, he's a great person! He is patient with you but will hold you accountable for doing your homework. My dog is 6 1/2 months old and is already starting with off-leash training; I couldn't have done it with any other program and without Scott as a teacher. Training your dog takes time and this program is top notch. [...] Worth every penny and every day of working with my dog (whom happens to love Scott).

I highly recommend Scott and Florida's Finest K9 Obedience Training. Scott is an excellent trainer with thorough knowledge of a dog and what it takes to make your best friend the best boi or girl ever! He is patient and will go over each training session in detail with you until you fully comprehend the steps.
